WHAT YOU BRING
Bachelor's or advanced degree in business and merchandising discipline or relevant combination of education, experience and training experience.
5+ years of experience in Process Innovation, Operations, Product Management, Technology, Strategy, Agile principles or related field
Demonstrated success in delivering results and aligning with cross functional teams including global/geography, project/program execution, virtual and consulting teams
Ability to grasp technology concepts/functionality and translate to business capability
Experience in strategic thinking and creative problem solving
Strong relationship building skills
Excellent listening skills, written skills and ability to communicate through storytelling
Experience in data analysis and validation
Role will be based in WHQ (Beaverton) with ability to travel to our Geography locations if needed
Experience in Footwear and/or Apparel product including end to end process knowledge is a plus
